Tests and evaluations required for employment, clearance, and regulatory compliance.

Bring recent laboratory test results.
Tests that check blood cells and clotting, used to detect anemia, infection, and blood disorders.
Blood tests that check organ function and metabolism — including blood sugar, cholesterol, and kidney and liver health.
Avoid strenuous physical activity and refrain from consuming alcohol for at least 24 hours before the test.
A glucose drink will be given at the clinic; blood is drawn at timed intervals. Plan to stay at the branch for 2–3 hours.
Examination of urine, stool, and other body fluids to help detect infections, kidney problems, and digestive conditions.
Abstain from ejaculation for 3–5 days before the test. Collect the sample at the clinic, or bring it within 15 minutes if collected at home.
Blood tests that check for infections and immunity — including hepatitis, HIV, and syphilis screening.
Avoid antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors (e.g. omeprazole), and bismuth-containing products for at least 2 weeks before the test. Confirm with your doctor.
Tests that identify bacteria and fungi to pinpoint infections and guide treatment.
Provide an early-morning, deep-cough sputum sample.
Collect in sterile container. Avoid contamination with urine or toilet water.
Collect midstream clean-catch using sterile container.
Do not apply antifungal cream or powder to the affected area for at least 3 days before the test.
Blood tests that measure hormone levels — including thyroid, prolactin, and fertility hormones.
Blood tests that detect proteins linked to certain cancers, used for screening or monitoring treatment.
Painless imaging of your organs and soft tissues to help diagnose a wide range of conditions.
Avoid applying lotion, powder, or deodorant on the chest area before your scan.
Drink water beforehand and avoid urinating before the scan.
Avoid gas-producing (beans, carbonated drinks, dairy, raw vegetables) and fatty foods for 24 hours prior. Refrain from smoking for at least 6 hours before the examination. Full bladder required for exam.
